A nursery and vendor dubbed Rudo Plants that operated at pop-ups and local markets in recent years has officially opened their own space in Jersey City’s northernmost neighborhood.
The latest business to call The Heights home is at 394 Palisade Avenue, as Rudo Plants & Home has taken over Milk Sugar Love’s former space. The Bayonne-based company had a traveling presence around Hudson County at locations like Little Boho Bookshop before settling in at their new digs earlier this month.
Rudo Plants & Home features an array of potted plants for sale, including several rare varieties. Fresh flowers are available daily, as are houseplant stylists and an array of accessories to get your green thumb in gear as the weather warms up.
The new business can be followed on Instagram at the handle @rudoplants.home and currently operates Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., opening an hour earlier on Saturdays and Sundays hours from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
