The Jersey City Project’s annual food-centric street festival Project: EATS is taking place this weekend at City Hall Plaza. This is the third edition of the popular market that brings a rotating lineup of food tents, trucks, a bar, and more.
According to JCP’s Instagram updates, vendors include Hamilton Pork, Jersey City Veggie Burgers, Bread & Spoon, Ahri’s Kitchen, Taproot Organics, SunnyRaes Kitchen, and many more.
