Phases 1 and 2 of Parq Parsippany were approved by the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills Planning Board. The brand new, mixed-use development will be located in the former Lanidex Plaza, encompassing townhomes, multi-family residences, retail, expansive green spaces, and state-of-the-art facilities. Parq Parsippany promises life reimagined and construction will begin in 2021.

Phase 1 includes Multi-Family Building 1 which features 275 multi-family residences, convenience retail, indoor/outdoor amenity space, and parking. Also included in Phase 1 are 75 contemporary, farmhouse-style townhouses with a dedicated clubhouse and outdoor pool. An athletic field, concession building, restrooms, and a playground are part of Phase 1 as well.

Both multi-family buildings boast green design elements and smart home/building features that promote wellness. Integrating into the Parsippany community, Parq’s revitalization will transform 23 acres of the former Lanidex office complex and conclude in 2025. The residences will also fulfill part of Parisppany’s state-mandated affordable housing obligation.

“The result will be a compelling neighborhood that will transform Parsippany into a place where people are conveniently connected by bike, car, or public transport. By offering easy access to various points of interest throughout Morris County, New York City, and beyond, getting where you need to go will be seamless,” said Haytham Haidar of PARQ Parsippany. “Multi-generational, varied lifestyles create an authentic community. Conversation is welcome. Engagement is the goal. Exclusive, yet humble. PARQ will positively impact the community by creating Parsippany’s true heart.”

Planning and architecture are by Minno & Wasko and Parq Parsippany will have Mary Cook Associates-designed interiors.
