A rapidly expanding bakery and café brand will be launching another outpost in Hudson County as Paris Baguette is coming to one of the more prominent shopping centers in Secaucus.
The international brand will be bringing their treats, coffee, and more to 200 Mill Creek Drive inside the former home of Bonefish Grill. Paris Baguette is a franchise with more than 4,000 units across the globe that first expanded into the United States back in 2015.

The company is owned by the SPC Group, a South Korean-based manufacturer of food and bread products. Known for freshly made pastries, breads and cakes, sandwiches, flatbreads, and more, Paris Baguette also serves hand-crafted Lavazza coffees.
Their diverse baked goods include French and European flourishes with some Asian influences. Among the highlights are Pastel de Nata, sugar mochi donuts, a pineapple brulee pastry, curry croquettes, and sweet rice donuts.
Prominent selections from their cakes, which are available in full or by the slice, include a tiramisu mascarpone cheesecake, a lemon citrus layer cake, and a blueberry chiffon cake.
While there is no opening timeline yet for the Secaucus outpost of Paris Baguette, the brand already has a significant presence in Hudson County with spots in West New York, Hoboken, one in Downtown Jersey City, and another in Journal Square. The company is becoming a bit omnipresent, with plans to open 1,000 stores in the U.S. by 2030.
