18 Park Overview
18 Park Avenue is a new luxury rental building in the Liberty Harbor North neighborhood of Jersey City developed through a partnership between Ironstate and The KRE Group. The 11 story building contains 422 rental units, 2 retail spaces. Amenities include a 24 hour doorman, gym, lounge, dog run, enclosed parking children’s playroom and more. The project was completed in July 2014.
