The 1930’s warehouse at 124 Brunswick Street that was once known as “The Fish Market” and more recently as Modcup’s roasting facility, has an approved development plan that will merge the parcel with the neighboring property (128 Brunswick) to create a new 5 story structure with 19 total units, 10 one-bedrooms and 9 two-bedrooms. In addition there will be 10 parking spaces and two small (300-400 sf) retail spaces on the ground floor.

The developer is Gotham West and construction is expected to start in Spring 2016.
