The suburban chain, which serves everything from cinnamon crunch French toast to mac and cheese burgers, appears to be coming to downtown Jersey City.

The owners of a vacant lot in the Powerhouse Arts District have submitted a development application that hopes to bring a 12-story mixed-use project to the site.

The company announced they’ve bought the now-closed bar and will partner with Fields Development Group to bring a new project to the land at some point.
