Laidlaw Lofts is a project that was under construction by Laidlaw Properties, LLC. It’s an industrial building conversion and expansion located at 146 Oakland Ave aka 136-138 Oakland Ave. & 66 Laidlaw Ave.
The plans call for the existing 3-story warehouse to gain 3 additional stories and be repurposed into 95 residential units with 103 parking spaces. There are also plans for a 2,000 square foot roof deck.
In 2014 a Facebook page was made for the project where you can follow along with the construction progress but it hasn’t been updated since 7/2014.
