Update (2/24/16):
Point Capital Development’s project at 361 Newark Ave has gotten a name and new promo website. Dubbed “Mill Rocks” after the “the historic Mill Creek, an important economic driver in the 1700’s.” The site lists 1-bedrooms starting at $1850 and 2-bedrooms at $2300.

Point Capital Development, who’s also developing the Baker Building, is also working on a new residential rental building at 361 Newark Ave in the Village. Situated almost under the turnpike, the new building will rise 5-stories and contain 39 units and 20 parking spaces. There is no ground floor retail in the building and the first floor has been raised significantly off the ground due to post Hurricane Sandy requirements.
