Work has begun work on a housing complex that aims to satisfy Teaneck’s affordable housing obligation and meet the needs of the community’s senior population.

An approved plan from KRE Acquisitions will be constructing homes for those with moderate incomes in a stand-alone building, which legal filings claim to be “separate and distinctly unequal.”
