The Kislak Company, Inc. announced the recent sale of a brand new luxury rental building in Hackensack, New Jersey, for $3.3 million. The Overlook, located at 140 Overlook Avenue, is in Bergen County just 12 miles northwest of Midtown Manhattan and just seven miles from the George Washington Bridge. Daniel Lanni, an SVP of The Kislak Company, represented the seller and procured the buyer.

The Overlook is a three-story red-brick building, featuring one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Many units also offer private outdoor space, private garages, and additional storage.

Large layouts, nine-foot ceilings, wood grain floors, solid wood cabinets, imported tile and stone, and a full suite of kitchen appliances, as well as a washer/dryer round out the finishes. Other amenities include ample closet space, individually controlled central heat and air, cable readiness, and a video intercom system.

Built with metro living in mind, The Overlook is near four transportation hubs and major highways, plus the Hackensack downtown area with restaurants, shops, and services.

The Kislak Company, headquartered in Woodbridge, New Jersey, is a commercial real estate brokerage firm and has provided commercial real estate services since 1906. Kislak’s Daniel Lanni, who handled the exclusive sale, said in a prepared statement, “We represented the builder of this new construction apartment building exclusively and quickly procured a strong buyer who closed all cash in 30 days. The building was 100% occupied with all collections current at the time of sale.”
