A new indoor play tenant is coming to Rutgers Plaza in Franklin Township. Bounce Air Adventure Park will bring 21,000 square feet of family fun to the 268,000-square-foot retail center. Located at 940 Easton Ave, Somerset, at the intersection of Easton Avenue and JFK Boulevard, the shopping destination is anchored by a Stop & Shop.
North Plainfield-based Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as the leasing and managing agent for the Franklin Township retail property. LMC’s Ed Vasconcellos brokered the lease on behalf of the landlord. Robert Elbaz of Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty represented the tenant, a regional retail operator with locations across the tri-state area.

“Experiential tenants like this bring tremendous energy to a shopping center,” commented LMC’s Vasconcellos. “Bounce Air Adventure Park will be a wonderful complement to Rutgers Plaza’s existing retail, dining, and service lineup, and will further establish the property as a family-friendly community destination.”
Bounce Air Adventure Park will provide family-friendly entertainment and hospitality. Kids and adults will enjoy climbing structures, a ninja obstacle course, trampolines, slides, ball pits, a mini basketball court, and a ropes course. The facility will also offer spaces for group events and parties.

“LMC continues to welcome more family-focused and experiential tenants across its retail portfolio,” added Matthew K. Harding, Chief Executive Officer of LMC. “These uses enhance the customer experience, strengthen property traffic, and align perfectly with how today’s consumers are choosing to spend their time and money.”

Rutgers Plaza features a strong tenant mix, including McDonald’s, Dollar Tree, and Crunch Fitness. The shopping center is less than a mile from Rutgers University. Per Placer.ai, Rutgers Plaza attracts roughly 1.8 visitors annually.
