A new indoor play tenant is coming to Rutgers Plaza in Franklin Township. Bounce Air Adventure Park will bring 21,000 square feet of family fun to the 268,000-square-foot retail center. Located at 940 Easton Ave, Somerset, at the intersection of Easton Avenue and JFK Boulevard, the shopping destination is anchored by a Stop & Shop.

North Plainfield-based Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as the leasing and managing agent for the Franklin Township retail property. LMC’s Ed Vasconcellos brokered the lease on behalf of the landlord. Robert Elbaz of Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty represented the tenant, a regional retail operator with locations across the tri-state area.
