A hospitality group, perhaps best known in the Garden State for their Hudson River waterfront restaurant, has headed to the suburbs as Blu Hospitality Group has launched their latest endeavor in Livingston.
Situated at 277 Eisenhower Parkway, Blu Livingston officially opened earlier this month. The company’s first New Jersey location in Weehawken opened about three years ago and their Livingston space aims to bring an elevated, New York City–inspired dining experience in a more intimate and immersive restaurant.

The sprawling space features three distinct dining rooms, a central bar, and a four-season loggia that was designed in collaboration with Peggy Leung Design. The eatery seats 285 diners inside and sports a retractable roof and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The menu highlights at the restaurant include the surf and turf combination Blu has become known for, plus house-made pastas. Dishes like red snapper ceviche, Wagyu skirt steak, and lobster Fra diavolo adorn the menu, as do a selection of nori tacos and sushi rolls.

The Blu Livingston experience is rounded out by a cocktail program highlighting top-shelf and barrel-aged spirits. New additions at the Livingston outpost include The Cone, which blends Su Casa mezcal, espresso, coconut, cardamom, and Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur, or an Oro Mule, which mixes Patron tequila, Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur, pandan, orange blossom, lime juice, and black tea smoke.
Blu Livingston additionally features a wine program by General Manager Adam Greer that earned Blu on the Hudson Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence in 2025. The restaurant’s current hours run 4 p.m. until 11 p.m. from Sunday through Thursday, with a 5 p.m. opening on Fridays and Saturdays.
