Castle Lanterra Properties, a New York based real estate company has acquired Alexan CityView for $147.5 million. Along with the change in ownership comes a change in name: the Bayonne property is now called Harbor Pointe, likely to highlight the fact that it is a waterfront community. The 544-unit building was constructed in 2010 and currently has a 91% occupancy. This is a positive indicator for new development and future growth in Bayonne.
