Only a year and a half after opening, popular restaurant Pag’s has announced that it will be expanding and relocating. The restaurant and catering operator is set to move from its current location on the Paramus Golf Course to 227 Franklin Avenue in Nutley.
The new location spans 6,300 square feet and is situated in downtown Nutley.
The long-term lease to occupy the space formerly held by Kyoto Buffet Restaurant was announced by commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield, and broker David Townes represented landlord Bao Lung Realty.
“This lease came together within three weeks of our bringing the space to market,” said Townes. “Pag’s quickly saw the benefit of this high-visibility, turn-key restaurant opportunity. The building is located on arguably the best block of Franklin Avenue — a high-traffic downtown thoroughfare that offers a vibrant mix of dining, retail and services. Pag’s will be a great addition for Nutley residents, visitors and employees of local businesses.”
Pag’s first opened in May 2018, offering “classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of food” led by Chef David Paglia.
In addition to the Paramus location, Pag’s has also dispatched a food truck to cater parties and various events.
The restaurant and bar was represented by Roman Drukarov from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services NJ.
