Last summer, Ace Institute of Technology signed a three-year commercial lease at 591 Summit Avenue and the build-out is finally complete. Headquartered in NYC, this Jersey City outpost will be their first New Jersey location. The institute offers medical assistant, computer networking, and ESL programs.
591 Summit Avenue is a trophy office building in Journal Square. Owned and operated by Alliah Management of Queens, New York, Eugene Rivera and Steven Poplawski of Pure Properties represented the owner. The tenant was represented by Jeff Kolodkin, Managing Director of Newmark Knight Frank. The space leased for $23 per square foot.
