John & Maryann, LLC have presented a development proposal for 52-56 Cambridge Avenue in the Heights. The new project, designed by GRO Architects, calls for the conversion of an existing single floor industrial building into a 5 story building with 32 units and 20 parking spaces.
The project received zoning board approval on 2/18/16 with conditions.
