101 Grove is a future project planned by Ironstate for the Liberty Harbor North neighborhood. Designed by HLW Architects, it’s a 10-story rental building boasting 131 units and apparently no retail space. Construction is slated to begin following the completion of its neighbor, 235 Grand Street sometime in 2017.
