The Atlantic City Boardwalk welcomed a new neighbor with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting. Coury Hospitality celebrated the launch of The Seahaus Hotel and its restaurant, Cucina Del Mar, with local dignitaries, including AC Mayor Marty Small Sr., Fifth Ward Councilwoman Maria Lacca, Chris Charbonnet, Regional Vice President of Coury Hospitality, and Paul Joseph, General Manager of the Seahaus Hotel.
After the ribbon cutting, guests enjoyed a celebratory reception. This included a tour of The Seahaus Hotel, which is the first Marriott Tribute Portfolio lifestyle hotel in Atlantic City. Attendees also sampled the Italian coastal menu of its signature restaurant, Cucina Del Mar.

“We’re excited to introduce The Seahaus Hotel and Cucina Del Mar to the Atlantic City Boardwalk,” commented Seahaus General Manager Paul Joseph. “The hotel and restaurant provide a wonderful atmosphere of seaside serenity and culinary excellence, inviting guests to really embrace Atlantic City’s charming coastal New Jersey setting.”
Perched on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, The Seahaus welcomes guests to its 105 modern luxury rooms designed with a maritime-inspired design. The hotel positions itself as a peaceful seaside retreat offering immediate beach access and a fitness center. While The Seahaus may be peaceful, it is located close to the casinos and nightlife that have made Atlantic City famous. Over the next several months, the hotel will add more recreational programs and wellness offerings.
Cucina Del Mar’s menu will emphasize seasonal dishes and fresh local seafood, serving breakfast and dinner. The restaurant offers a diverse menu for all palates as well as specialty craft cocktails.
Atlantic City is committed to enhancing its hotel and restaurant scene. A portion of The Seahaus Hotel’s financing was provided by Green Card Fund through the EB-5 Investor program.
