On February 9th, 2026, over 1,250 key regional leaders will gather in Newark for the 3rd Annual Newark Summit for Real Estate, Economic Development & Placemaking – a now-anticipated yearly forum spotlighting the ideas, investments, and people shaping one of the most dynamic growth markets in the country.
Held at 550 Broad Street, with sweeping views of the NYC skyline and Downtown Newark from the 16th and 17th floors, this year’s event is made possible by Venue Partner The Fidelco Group and co-chaired by Newark Alliance and Prudential, with Invest Newark returning as Presenting Partner.
