One of the region’s most anticipated leadership events is set to return this summer, as the Jersey City Summit for Real Estate, Economic Development & Innovation convenes on June 4, 2026, for its 11th anniversary gathering.

Hosted once again at Harborside in partnership with The 601W Companies, the Jersey City Summit arrives at a pivotal moment for the district. Harborside is currently undergoing a transformation, with plans advancing to position the campus as a dynamic, mixed-use destination and a defining live–learn–work–play hub along the Hudson River waterfront.

Organizers expect more than 1,250 leaders across investment, real estate, and placemaking to attend, reinforcing the Jersey City Summit’s reputation as a cornerstone event for the region’s development community. Now firmly established as an annual homecoming for top-tier firms and decision-makers, this year’s gathering is once again anticipated to sell out.

The Jersey City Summit will take over the entire fourth floor of Harborside 1, offering sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline as a backdrop for a full day of programming and networking. Owners, operators, and advisors from across the Tri-State area will come together to exchange ideas, share perspectives, and explore the forces shaping the region’s future. Panel discussions and fireside chats will spotlight transformative projects, evolving market dynamics, and the strategies driving growth across Jersey City and beyond.
