Somerset Development recently announced its pre-built “Ready-To-Wear” office suites at Bell Works in Holmdel, New Jersey, are 100% leased.
Comprising a total of 100,333 square feet, the Ready-To-Wear suites are custom designs that offer immediate availability with flexible, short-term leasing options. Due to the demand for turn-key office suites, Somerset Development will bring an additional 6,884 square feet of office space to the market.
The additional 6,884 square feet will encompass five new Ready-To-Wear office suites available for lease. The interior design for the existing and forthcoming Ready-To-Wear workspaces was undertaken by Bell Works’ Creative Director Paola Zamudio and her team at NPZ Style & Décor.
Tenants of the Ready-To-Wear suites at Bell Works are from a range of industries, such as wealth management, digital technology services, financial advisory services, marketing, and more.
In addition to the Ready-To-Wear office suites, Somerset Development announced plans for “Campus” at Bell Works New Jersey — a new flexible workspace solution — earlier this summer. Campus will occupy 72,000 square feet at the Bell Works metroburb and is set to open later this year to offer further workplace solutions.
