The final phase of Paris Square development has been completed as a result of a $14.5 million construction loan from Procida Funding, on behalf of its 100 Mile Fund, to Northvale Greens.

Paris Square is an active 55+ adult community located in Northvale, New Jersey. The final phase consists of 46 single-floor condominiums spread across three separate elevator buildings. The 46 units come in one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans and range from $400,000-600,000.

The adult community offers residents a range of amenities, such as an in-ground heated pool and clubhouse with a fireplace, and is situated next door to the Rockleigh Golf Course and equestrian facilities.

“I know this area well, I lived next door in Norwood for 25 years.  That’s exactly what Procida Funding does – we invest in our backyard.  Working with the developer, we were able to put together a local dream team and we knew they’d do a phenomenal job.” said Billy Procida, Founder and CEO of Procida Funding.  “From Ray Reduce Development to the architects at Zampolin and Coldwell Banker’s Anne Van Dyke – there’s no doubt we will see a quick sellout of all units in the final phase.”
