For the first time since 2019, the NJ Wine & Food Fest returns to Crystal Springs Resort from May 3-5, 2024.
The New Jersey Wine & Food Festival is beloved for its collection of world-renowned and local chefs, paired with an impressive array of over 200 award-winning wines and dozens of spirits.
This year’s headliner is Special Guest Chef Tom Colicchio. Chef Colicchio is the head judge of Bravo’s Top Chef, as well as a New Jersey native with multiple James Beard awards to his name.
Chef Colicchio will helm a five-course Wine Cellar Dinner on Friday, May 3rd. This kickoff event features the culinary work of Chef Colicchio paired with prized wines from Napa’s Eisele Vineyard. The Wine Cellar Dinner is $750 per person and includes a Champagne Reception one hour before the dinner.
The marquee event of Saturday night is the Grand Tasting, featuring a VIP Experience with some of the region’s most renowned chefs. The list includes chocolatier Jacques Torres, David Burke, Bryce Sorem, and Francesco Palmieri.
The Wine & Food Festival is known for its packed schedule of events, seminars and tastings. The 2024 edition is no exception, with a diverse array of wine and spirit experiences for attendees. Major spirit brands like Tullamore Dew, Hendrick’s Gin, and Glenfiddich headline these events.
A Tasting Double Golds event is scheduled for 3 pm on May 4th. Attendees will learn how spirits are rated while sampling Double Gold award winners from World Spirits Competitions in San Francisco and Singapore.
Secrets of the Sommeliers & Cellar Tasting is a perennial favorite of Festival guests. This year’s tasting is scheduled for 4 pm on May 4th, and is hosted by Wine Director Susanne Wagner and the Restaurant Latour team.
A Cinco de Mayo Sunday brunch will cap off a weekend filled with food, wine, cocktails and fun.
The New Jersey Wine & Food Festival takes place at Crystal Springs Resort (1 Wild Turkey Way, Hamburg, NJ), New Jersey’s premier culinary destination and home to Restaurant Latour.
