Mount Holly Marketplace, a retail strip center in Burlington County, was recently sold for $2.8 million, the sale broker, Kislak Company Inc., announced.

The 9,730-square-foot center at 305 Rancocas Road is anchored by a Dunkin’ Donuts, and there was competition for the sale, Kislak Managing Director Matt Weilheimer said in the announcement. The parties were not disclosed.

Built in 2012, the Mount Holly Marketplace sits on 2.87 acres and has 38 on-site parking spaces. At the time of the sale, it was fully occupied.
