There’s a new category of waterfront real estate on the Hudson River. FLOHOM 16 is the first luxury houseboat on the New York Metro Market. Created by the experimental hospitality brand, FLOHOM, this U.S. Coast Guard-classified houseboat has been transformed into a floating residence. Located at Isaac’s Way at Liberty Landing Marina in Jersey City, the FLOHOM 16 sleeps four guests and is available to rent starting at $301.00 per night.

As the 16th luxury houseboat designed by FLOHOM, this vessel is exceptionally located with a clear view of One World Trade and the full Manhattan skyline. FLOHOM has a longstanding reputation for extraordinary short-term rental properties, having hosted thousands of guests and secured Superhost status.

The rental offers a refined alternative to traditional hotels, inviting guests to experience the comfort of a private home in a truly unique and atypical setting. Designed for those seeking something beyond the ordinary, it blends high-end amenities with the tranquility of a floating private retreat. A few of the indulgent features include a king-size Helix Luxe mattress, a walk-in shower, Turkish Towel Company bath linens, and a Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary coffee.

Brian Meyer, Co-Founder and President of FLOHOM, explained the significance of this new addition to the FLOHOM roster: “Bringing FLOHOM to NYC metro is a category-defining moment for us. Isaac’s Way isn’t just our 16th houseboat. It’s a flagship statement that the experiential floating lodging category has arrived in one of the most iconic waterfronts in the world. The view from our rooftop is something you have to experience to understand.”

Set along the Hudson River, Liberty Landing Marina has become a steady fixture in the New York–New Jersey waterfront landscape. The marina balances function and comfort, with active docks, designated lounge areas, and a range of nearby restaurants.

This experiential residence includes a variety of high-end finishes. Paneled cabinetry is paired with quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, while wood flooring runs throughout the space. Coffered ceilings add architectural detail, and large windows bring in natural light and frame waterfront views. Brushed brass fixtures and pendant lighting provide a clean, modern finish, complemented by a neutral palette.

Isaac’s Way is the second of two new FLOHOM openings scheduled for May 2026, marking another step in the brand’s growing presence along the water. By year’s end, FLOHOM aims to enter three additional locations, steadily shaping what it calls a new category of floating real estate.
