One of Hoboken’s real estate traditions returns this Sunday, October 22nd, as the Hoboken Historical Museum presents the 31st Annual Hoboken House Tour. During this one-of-a-kind event, the owners of historic and architecturally significant houses and condominiums throughout the city open their doors to visitors. Proceeds from tour tickets support the Hoboken Historical Museum’s year-round programming and special events.

Approximately ten homes will be featured on this year’s tour, ranging from traditional to contemporary, appealing to a variety of architectural tastes. The tour is on foot and self-guided (with the help of a guide map/tour program); you should allow two to three hours. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Downtown tickets are $40 in advance, $50 on the day of (based on availability) and can be picked up at the Fire Department Museum at 213 Bloomfield Street. Uptown tickets are the same price and can be picked up at the Historical Museum at 1301 Hudson Street. Available uptown, VIP tickets are $125 and include a VIP swag bag, brunch at your choice of four locations, and a year-long family membership to the Museum. Tickets are available here and we recommend you don’t sleep on them, as last year’s tour sold out in advance.
