Hilltop at Cedar Grove, a new townhome community aimed at creating connections through the careful planning of the offered amenities and neighborhood setting, will start pre-construction sales soon. Once finished, Hilltop at Cedar Grove will total 460 luxury townhomes surrounded by woodlands, yet conveniently located only a few minutes from Downtown Montclair.
