Tribeca Grande is an approved development project at 414 Hoboken Ave. The site was home to Corte & Co Sausage Manufacturers for over 70 years. They manufactured “traditional Spanish and Portuguese sausages like chorizo, morcilla and linguica”.
In 2006, the city approved a development project, that called for a 22 story tower containing 119 units with two additional townhouse units, parking for 88 vehicles and 47,500 square feet of retail space.
Being that the project was approved in 2006, it likely stalled out following the market crash. In 2010, the development site was listed for sale on Loopnet but has since been removed from the market.
