Grace Community Chapel recently broke ground for its new church in Paramus, about three miles from its current location in Teaneck.
The new 48,000-square-foot church at 156 Forest Avenue is “designed to better support and serve the congregation’s continued growth,” according to an announcement from REDCOM Design & Construction, the Westfield-based firm that is managing construction and providing architectural and engineering services.
Grace Community Chapel’s new church is being “designed to provide expanded gathering space and improved functionality to better support worship, community programming, and future growth,” according to REDCOM.
The expected completion date of the new church – now at 260 Elm Avenue in Teaneck – is June 2027, according to REDCOM.
