Prime real estate has been standard fare when it comes to the cast members of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but the latest home of star Dolores Catania might raise the bar even by the reality show’s lofty standards.
In the run up to the show’s 2024 season debut, Dolores Catania and boyfriend Paulie Connell opened their home for a Bravo Digital Original. The townhouse, situated below the palisade cliffs in Edgewater, was partially featured during a season 13 episode when castmates Jennifer Aydin, Rachel Fuda, Danielle Cabral, Jennifer Fessler, Melissa Gorga and Jackie Goldschneider stopped in.
Paulie purchased the three-story townhome for $2.3 million back in 2018 before he had met Dolores, but the pair made it official and moved in together last year. The five-bedroom home spans almost 5,000 square feet and features a two-car garage, a rarity for real estate so close to New York City.
One of the big highlights is a modern kitchen with an extensive island and a massive wine display. Glass cabinets are featured throughout the large space, which includes perks like a built-in coffee and espresso maker.
Other features of the home include a contemporary living room and a patio with a picturesque dining area. The master bathroom of the home includes a steam shower, while a top-floor penthouse offers views of the Hudson River on a rooftop deck complete with a stone fire pit, gas grill, and cozy seating areas.
Dolores, who began appearing as part of the main cast on the Real Housewives of New Jersey during the show’s 7th season in 2016, met Paulie in September 2021. Born and raised in Ireland, Paulie runs Eco Electrical Services.
Where does Dolores Catania live?
While Dolores currently calls Edgewater home, she previously lived in a massive North Haledon home for over 25 years. That property underwent a renovation in 2021 that added a pool and barbeque area, but Paulie’s modern townhouse in the shadow of New York City apparently won out over the tony suburban home.
Dolores had lived in North Haledon with her ex-husband Frank. The former couple share two grown children, Gabrielle and Frankie, while Paulie is a father to two sons, Kameron and Brooklyn.
Dolores is not the only Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member that has moved into new digs during recent years. Melissa and Joe Gorga finally relocated into their new house in the Bergen County borough of Franklin Lakes in 2023 after it was under construction for almost two years. In 2021, Teresa Giudice moved into a new mansion with now husband Louie Ruelas, and put her infamous former home with Joe Giudice on the market.

The current run of the reality show can be watched live on Bravo TV at 8 p.m. on Sundays. New episodes will be available to stream the next day on the Peacock app.
