The Hoboken City Council could soon greenlight negotiations to bring a project to Clinton Street that includes five storefronts plus a 75,000-square-foot public works space.

Hoboken is slated to acquire almost three acres of property they hope to turn into parks as part of an agreement with a developer, who in exchange will be given a new deal for a 14-story project along Observer Highway.
