More than a year and a half ago, Jersey Digs broke the news of plans to bring a 300-unit complex near Elizabeth’s main train station. Now, we have learned new information about the project, including that a tax abatement has been approved.

A hearing is scheduled today to determine whether plans to construct three nine-story towers near the Elizabeth train station will be allowed to move forward. One of the towers could even include a rooftop restaurant.
