
Stonehill at West Orange, a 423-home rental community opened in 2024, has changed hands. BlueGate Partners acted as the sole agent representing the seller. The development, located at 1000 Executive Drive, is a bold reimagining of a former business park, turning 400,000 square feet of office space into a luxury multifamily community.
The BlueGate sales push was helmed by Mark DeLillo, with Marc Schulder, Lee Spiegelman, Felipe Marin, Eli Zaoutis, and Jeremy Silber also on the team. The buyer was NYC-based Sentinel Real Estate. Terms of the deal for the West Orange property were not disclosed.
