A locally famous home along the Atlantic Ocean in Point Pleasant has been listed for the third summer in a row as the town’s ‘Sinatra House’ is hoping to finally find a new owner.

Situated at 175 Boardwalk, the 3,600 square foot home was built in 1987 and once owned by Paul Smith. He retired in 1999 as the chairman of distribution for Sony Music and was a die-hard Sinatra fan, often blasting the crooner’s songs out of the home’s speaker system during the summer months.
