Home furnishings retailer Room & Board has made its way to Bergen County, New Jersey with the launching of their latest location in Paramus.

Situated inside the Paramus Design Center along Route 17, Room & Board’s New Jersey showroom spans 9,400 square feet. The space features modern furniture and unique home decor with a focus on products crafted by American artisans, with furniture for living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, kids’ rooms, offices, and outdoors.

“After searching for the right location in Northern New Jersey for several years, it’s exciting to secure a spot in the heart of the home furnishings area in Paramus.” said Room & Board’s Regional Retail Market Manager Lee Testa in a prepared statement. “We are excited to introduce New Jersey to our incredible brand of American craftsmanship that we’ve built working with makers around the country,”

Room & Board signed a 10-year lease with two 10-year renewal options with developer LPM Real Estate. The Paramus location expands the brand’s regional footprint, which includes a 48,000-square-foot flagship location in New York City’s Chelsea district.

“We are honored and proud to be part of the 11-year effort to bring Room & Board to the Paramus Design Center,” said Nicholas Laganella II, who executed the lease on behalf of the developer. “We are confident they will become the shining star of high-quality Home Furnishings to service our tri-state community at the Paramus Design Center expansion project.”

Room & Board has been in business for over 40 years and focuses on the idea that good design should be beautiful, affordable and long-lasting. The company works closely with American artisans to offer modern furniture and accessories that fit the needs of modern life.
