A prominent fashion brand has signed a lease for significant space inside a redeveloping mall in Middlesex County, as Nordstrom Rack will be coming to East Brunswick later this year.
The Seattle-based retailer recently announced their upcoming 27,000-square-foot store in Brunswick Square, a popular shopping center that also includes PGA Tour Superstore, Barnes & Noble, J. Crew, AMC Theatres, and many others.
Brunswick Square is owned and managed by Paramount Realty and Edgewood Properties and is undergoing a significant overhaul that will modernize the property for the 21st century while expanding the mall’s amenities. The property is situated along Route 18, one of Middlesex County’s busiest highways.

Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of Nordstrom and offers customers up to 70% off on trend apparel, accessories, beauty products, home decor, and shoes from many top brands sold at Nordstrom stores.

Nordstrom currently operates four full-fledged stores in New Jersey, along with nine Nordstrom Rack outposts.
