Over the weekend Jersey City hosted its first-ever Veteran’s Day Parade and it isn’t stopping there in honoring veterans, today Mayor Fulop announced a request for proposals for a Veteran housing project at 524-530 Ocean Ave. The project will create 21 rental residences. A portion of the units will go towards providing housing to homeless veterans and the remainder will be allocated to veteran households.
