A new and different kind of hair service has just opened in Hoboken. Spesh is “where a salon and barbershop come together” and located at 932 Washington Street. Specializing in fresh cuts for men and boys, a wash, neck trim, beard trim, color, curl relaxer, and even a beard blowout are additional services offered.
Founder Steven Torres has over a decade of experience in the industry and opened Spesh to provide creative, modern, and affordable cuts. Mr. Torres specializes in fades, classics, and pixies and two additional, equally experienced stylists are available, too.
On Washington Street between 9th and 10th Streets, the 600 square foot space is expectedly cool and bright with hardwood and exposed brick. Spesh is open every day except Monday, walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are encouraged, and happy customers are a given.
