Toll Brothers, America’s luxury home builder, is kicking off the summer season with a bang by hosting weekend open houses that include both move-in-ready homes and communities that will be opening soon.
Every weekend over the month of June, Toll Brothers is inviting prospective homebuyers to take a glimpse inside their most beautiful New Jersey communities. The nationally renowned company will be hosting open house events to showcase their vast collection of professionally decorated model homes, which are situated in a diverse variety of towns.
Select quick move-in properties and homes in progress are available to tour during the event, which allows potential buyers to move on their own timelines. Toll Brothers has homes that are available as soon as June, allowing plenty of time to move before the school year starts.
The open house event spans the company’s collection of stunning properties in Morris, Somerset, Bergen, and Monmouth counties. Newly opened model homes from Toll Brothers include the Avail and Benefit designs inside the Enclave at Chatham, a townhome community nestled in a secluded suburban location.
Select Toll Brothers’ homes include on-site resort-style amenities, and the open house event provides buyers a chance to tour clubhouses with state-of-the-art fitness centers, indoor and outdoor gathering areas, outdoor pools, and more. The clubhouse at Regency at Allaire in Farmingdale is now open, and the Grove at Upper Saddle River’s luxury amenities are scheduled to open mid to late summer.
The Jersey Shore always takes center stage during the summer months and Toll Brothers has several upcoming communities participating in the open house event. For those looking for a single-family house, The Colburn home design at the company’s Regency at Manalapan is available to view, as are the three-story townhomes at Middletown Walk that are anticipated to open by late summer.
Toll Brothers will also be opening up their Regent Oaks at Freehold development during the open house event. The luxury single-family home community will consist of 89 homes designated for 55+ active adults and feature resort-style amenities for a low-maintenance lifestyle.
Floor plans at Regent Oaks can span 1,860 to 2,670+ square feet while offering two-to-three bedrooms, two-to-three baths, and two-car garages. Buyers can choose from designer-curated selections for their convenience and on-site amenities include a private clubhouse, fitness center, distinct gathering spaces, and an outdoor pool.
