Burger Eatery Looks to Expand Into Neighboring Space, Add Sidewalk Café
The Jersey City Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) recently heard a proposal for 238 First Street aka 26 Erie Street. According to the HPC agenda, Burger Eatery is looking to merge their existing space with the retail space next door.
Zoning Approves Addition to Queen Latifah’s Former Office Building
Last week, the Jersey City zoning board approved a two story addition to the former firehouse at 155 Morgan Street. Before being sold last year, the building was the headquarters of Queen Latifah’s Flavor Unit production company.
