Springfield Greens, a 100-unit luxury property in Springfield, is currently under construction and plans to open for renters by the end of 2026. Work is moving quickly, and the first buildings have been completed. The finished project will deliver a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments as well as multiple amenities for residents.
The property is the latest project for Short Hills-based developer Garden Communities. The company recently debuted The Metropolitan, a luxury mixed-use development on Millburn Avenue. Springfield Greens is located at 40 Church Mall in Springfield, adjacent to another Garden Communities’ offering, Spring Mill Manor. The latter is a rental community for active adults aged 55 and older.
“Designed with today’s renter in mind, our latest introduction at Springfield Greens continues Garden Communities’ strong tradition of delivering exceptional multifamily living experiences in premier suburban locations,” offered developer Mark Ginsberg.
According to Ginsberg, Springfield Greens’ Union County location appeals to a broad demographic. The development is positioned along the I-78 corridor and offers easy access to all local highways and public transportation. The complex is situated close to shopping, dining, entertainment, medical care, recreation and more.
