Vice President – Learning and Development Expert

Overview

BNP Paribas RCC, Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Learning and Development Expert based in Jersey City, NJ. This is a full-time, permanent role within the Human Resources function. Telecommuting is permitted 40%; work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas RCC Inc. office in New York and Jersey City.

Responsibilities

• Design custom programs and initiatives for 7 countries included in the Americas’ talent strategy.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Managers, and LFT Board to deliver recurring programming.
• Liaise with Group HR, CIB HR, and local Talent Leads to run the Americas LfT nomination process.
• Provide Talent Advisory to Global Banking Americas’ Leadership and HR Business Partners.
• Partner with the Americas’ Executive Committee and CHRO to define program criteria and annual goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Change Management, Graphic Design, or related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered or related role; OR Associate’s degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in the same fields and five (5) years of experience.

Must have five (5) years of experience with each of the following:

• Talent and Development
• Financial Services Industry knowledge
• Instructional and Program Design: designed talent-development road-maps that directly support business goals; in-person and digital delivery
• Vendor/Supplier Management: including identification, contracting, and evaluating work product
• Stakeholder Management: advise and secure buy-in, resources, and alignment across the organization for annual programming
• Leading change whilst managing competing priorities and ambiguity within a complex matrix organization

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 per year. Actual salary may vary based on factors such as experience level and location of role.

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday).
