Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of Aaron’s Strip Center, an 18,130-square-foot retail strip located at 2229 John F. Kennedy Boulevard in North Bergen, New Jersey, for $6,415,000. The 18,130-square-foot property was marketed by the team of Alan Cafiero, Brent Hyldahl and Devin Perez out of Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office in Saddle Brook. The trio handled the transaction on behalf of both buyer and seller. The purchase was made by a local private investor.

2229 JFK Blvd is fully occupied by six tenants, including anchor tenant Aaron’s, Quick Mart, Blimpie and other local businesses. The high-traffic location is near to national retailers including Starbucks, Aldi, Dunkin’ and ShopRite.
