The Director of Homeowner Service will be responsible for managing the efforts of the homeowner service team members, ensuring homes are ready to be presented to new homeowners free of defects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the homeowner service team members.
• Review the Quality Standards Inspections (QSI) process to ensure homes are ready to be presented to new homeowners and are free of defects.
• Submit issues that need to be addressed back to Community Builders and Area Presidents.
• Procure and manage professional service agreements and contracts related to construction services and building materials for homeowner service and warranty repairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven ability to proactively face challenges while delivering excellent customer service.
• Capacity for directing others under pressure while maintaining a high level of ethics and integrity.
• Strong strategic planning abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines.
• Demonstrated good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Proven track record of building effective teams and interpersonal relationships while driving results.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $125,000 – $150,000, with eligibility for bonuses.
