The Virtual Customer Care Rep is responsible for managing and overseeing homes under warranty in assigned community(s). Responsible for promoting, facilitating, and fostering positive working relationships with customers as well as coordinating and supervising the work of Lennar trade partners.
We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $24.40 – $41.23, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors. This position may be eligible for bonuses and commissions.
