Key Responsibilities

Provide fast, accurate, and genuine hospitality in multiple restaurant areas including drive-thru, front counter, and dining room
Engage guests with a warm smile, eye contact, and enthusiastic communication
Take and process orders efficiently using iPads and registers
Assemble orders accurately with attention to detail and quality
Prepare beverages and desserts to Chick-fil-A’s high standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
