Developed by the LeFrak Organization and designed by Arquitectonica with HLW as executive architect, the building features a distinctive elliptical glass form with dramatic inset balconies on its east and west ends. Situated on a Hudson River pier within LeFrak's 600-acre Newport complex, the building offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline and Hudson River. Ellipse marked the first Arquitectonica-designed project in Jersey City and set a Jersey City rental record at launch with a penthouse priced at $10,995/month.
