Developed by a joint venture of Ironstate Development Company and KRE Group, the building opened in June 2014. Designed by HWKN (Hollwich Kushner) and Minno & Wasko Architects, the C-shaped structure features a distinctive gray facade with deep shadow lines, a first-floor colonnade, and a fissure in the middle of the facade to break up its mass. The building offers expansive views of the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty, and the Hudson River, and sits steps from the Liberty Harbor light rail station and a private marina.
