A leading group at Keller Williams City Life JC has partnered up to launch a rebranded team ready to meet the needs of their growing clientele.
Michelle Mumoli, former head of The Mumoli Group, has joined forces with Alexander Bush to create the Mumoli Bush Group at Keller Williams City Life JC. Together, Mumoli and Bush will focus their combined efforts on new residential development throughout Hudson County with an emphasis on Jersey City.
Alexander Bush joins the team as a named partner and brings with him over 10 years of experience in the NYC real estate industry. As a Jersey City resident, Bush has a wealth of knowledge and connections in the industry that will serve as integral components of the group’s success.
To kick off the rebrand, the team is preparing to launch The Roxy, a historic preservation and adaptive reuse project in Jersey City. Originally part of the Margaret Hague complex, the property has been restored and updated for a new era. Leasing for the building’s 62 rental homes will kick off this summer which includes a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments.
Beautifully restored original Art Deco marble floors and walls throughout the building’s common spaces welcome residents while alluding to its history. Inside the apartments, you’ll find modern, thoughtfully configured layouts that take full advantage of the building’s oversized proportions. Large one-bedroom and two-bedroom duplexes, some with private terraces, of this kind are a rare find in Jersey City.
The Roxy is within the Margaret Hague complex, now better known as The Beacon. The Roxy offers residents sweeping views of downtown Jersey City and NYC from both inside the homes and common outdoor terraces. A slate of lifestyle amenities include a manicured courtyard, multiple dog runs, BBQ area, fire pits, and children playground.
Located at 201 Cornelison Avenue, The Roxy is convenient to downtown Jersey City, McGinley Square, and Journal Square. On-site parking, Zipcar, a Citi Bike station, and shuttle to the PATH make for easy commuting. Studios will start at $1,750.
On the ground floor, a commercial space will serve residents of both The Beacon and The Roxy adding another amenity to the growing area.
In addition to The Roxy, Mumoli Bush Group has over 250 residential units in the pipeline that will be completed from 2019-2020, mainly in Journal Square, The Heights, and Bergen-Lafayette.
